The building has approx. 40,000 SF of office area with much of that as research and development and 60,000 SF of high bay production space. There is an 11,000 SF mezzanine for storage of materials and staging withing the production area. The project has been designed to accept a future photo voltaic roof system that will eventually assist in powering the building. Raydon is the top provider of convoy trainers to the United States Army and leads the way in the development of virtual reality.
